Refund Policy

One-day classes
You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Coaching programs
You can cancel and receive a full refund until you receive your first feedback. Once the first feedback has been delivered, the service is considered started at your express request and no refund is possible.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable, including for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time; your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterwards.
Right of withdrawal
For services tied to a specific date (one-day classes), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB). For other services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully or partly provided with your express consent and acknowledgement.
How to request a refund
Email piren.habit@gmail.com with your order number, or contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, via the link in your receipt. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
