1. Provider
These terms apply to all services offered by Se Ri Jun, Johannisberger Straße 30, 14197 Berlin, Germany.
2. Services
We offer online habit design services: a free community program, one-day classes, individual or group coaching programs and monthly memberships. Content and scope are described on the respective service page.
3. Booking and payment
A contract is concluded when you complete the checkout. Payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payment.
4. Memberships
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Liability
Our services are educational coaching and do not replace medical or psychological treatment. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
7. Governing law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
